Hi there!

Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me a little. It’s been a journey, and I'm excited to reconnect with both longtime friends and those who are new to my work.

I grew up in Newfoundland (a true townie); although I have traveled around a lot specializing in both weddings & fashion photography.

On a personal note, I like to think I'm laid-back, though I can be a bit OCD about certain things. My mornings usually start with my two dogs, Harley & Hazel, and a brisk cold plunge—though winter makes it extra challenging in Newfoundland! Coffee is my go-to, but I limit myself to one cup a day; caffeine is essential when I'm in editing mode.

Mexico holds a special place in my heart since my mom has lived there for about nine years, and I visit whenever I can. Oh Henry bars are my guilty pleasure, and I daydream about traveling and doing photoshoots everywhere. I love asking people to shoot for fun, even without a client—yes, I am that kind of crazy!

While long walks on the beach sound lovely, kayaking is really my jam. Dark sea salt chocolate is my favorite, and my kids make me laugh every day, though they also challenge me and turn my hair gray! I shoot with Canon, prefer prime lenses, and my 50mm is my workhorse.

I thrive on a good challenge and constantly remind myself there’s more than one way to do things—this mindset carries into my sessions and weddings. I spent about five years in Kelowna, BC, where I specialized in fashion photography, which remains a passion. I adore summer blossoms and the colors of fall, and I dream of having a vegetable garden, though I’m unsure if I can keep the plants alive!

I am so  thrilled to be back in Newfoundland, surrounded by family. The business continues to evolve, and I'm making exciting changes to my website continuously. With so many beautiful locations and wonderful people here, I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes me. Hopefully, you’ll be part of this journey too!
